How do I know my purchase is via a secure link?

When you click on any of the links to buy, you will be directed to my main website, www.melaniecambridge-fine-art.co.uk.  This is because my secure shopping page is situated there (using Romancart shop software), so you can be assured that any purchases you make are done so via a secure site.  Payments can be made via Paypal on this site adding another layer of security to your purchases. 

Shipping for Artist Brushes
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days of your order being placed. You will receive an email to confirm dispatch providing you have given us a correct email address. In cases where this is not possible to ship brushes straight away, we will endeavour to let you know as soon as possible and also confirm when your items can be despatched. Artist brushes are shipped via Royal Mail and should arrive within 4 days of despatch.

Artist brushes purchased from this website come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee. If you are unhappy with a product, return it to us stating what is wrong with it and we will either replace it or refund it.

Artist Brushes Returns Policy
We accept any returns for any reason within 30 days and will refund or replace the product. If a product is broken or damaged we pay the return postage. If you just don't like it, or it is not want you want, you pay the return postage. A full refund will be paid by the same method as we receive payment.
